Linda brought these fingerlings from a farmers market in Santa Fe. They were delicious!

They are so tender and yummy! How did you prepare them. I still always use your recipe of roasting them in olive oil and rosemary.

We just baked them in the oven with olive oil and salt and pepper. Very delicious!

The Santa Fe farmers market is the best I have ever been to. I would love to live there in the summer just so I could shop there.
